Epilogue of Endings [POEM]

Darkest of hours I withstood,
Purest of friendships I experienced,
You my friend, here once stood,
Countless barriers, together we conquered!

Longest of Lectures, seen together,
Shortest of relationships, deemed to fail,
I would continue college raher,
Your absence ahead, is something I will wail!

I wish there was a way to know,
If we are in those “good old days”,
Old, I don’t want to grow,
Robbing us of time, whom do I allege?

Will our paths ever intersect?
Will you help me if I was utterly waif?
Our bond will resurrect;
No, nobody but me can keep it safe!

As it ends, do not be sad,
For it happened, be happy and glad!
In those memories, be clad,
To a perfect ending, and a new beginning so rad!

P.S.: Dedicated to all my batchmates, who have been a tremendous influence on me during my college life. Wishing you the best for the times ahead!
